Senior Flutter Developer - Hybrid (Outside IR35)

What You'll Be Doing
Lead and own a fast growing project, be a decision maker on Flutter.
Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable code.
Bring high standards and technical knowledge to the forefront of our technical roadmap.
Identify and resolve bugs, performance and security issues.
Ensure and strive for the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
Help maintain code quality, organisation, and automation.
Work collaboratively alongside other engineers and developers.

Knowledge And Skills
Strong commercial experience in Flutter mobile development.
Experience in developing consumer facing, high-performance Flutter applications using the latest trends and technologies.
Knowledge of the Android & iOS ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks.
Have a preference to pair up with engineers and transfer your know-how into the team.
Be familiar with techniques for writing testable code with fast deployment pipelines.
