The Role

My client is seeking an innovative and strategic Director of Product to join their team and drive the evolution of their cutting-edge tech platform.

This role is an opportunity to lead transformative product initiatives, shaping how companies build and scale their global teams in an increasingly borderless world. You will oversee the entire product management lifecycle, ensuring our solutions align with customer needs, data-driven insights, and strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute a clear, compelling product vision aligned with company objectives. Identify market trends and develop a strategic roadmap to enhance our product suite.
End-to-End Product Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from discovery and development to launch and adoption, ensuring a user-centric approach.
Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data analytics to inform product strategies, assess performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Cross-functional leadership: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product execution. Guide and mentor the product team to foster a high-performance culture.
Agile & Scalable Growth: Thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment by embracing adaptability, taking a hands-on approach to challenges, and driving innovation.

Skills & Experience

Required:
Proven experience leading product teams and managing complex product lifecycles.
Strong expertise in data-driven product development and analytics.
Experience in scaling products and teams within startup or high-growth environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:
Background within a SaaS start-up
Working with multiproduct offerings
Strong technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
A relevant tertiary qualification (Degree or similar).

The Package
Competitive Salary: Basic salary of £120,000 - £140,000
