Inside IR35 - 2 days a week on-site - 6 Month Contract
We are working with a pioneering leader in the logistics industry to help them find an Application Support Engineer.
The right person will support their new implementations of Oracle HCM and UKG Workforce Management. HCM is the first major step in the wider transformation strategy, which means they need a strong support team to shape the function for excellence at 2nd & 3rd level support.
Team Structure
The role makes up part of the Service Management team. As a new team, it is multi-faceted,
covering multiple functions including service transition, operational support and architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Oracle HCM and UKG Workforce Management systems, maintaining key metrics such as response and resolution time.
Perform configuration & code changes alongside the 1st level helpdesk.
Continuously improve the support framework through automation, self-service capabilities and
package routine tasks for 1st level support where possible.
Assist in the technical design process for new customer requirements.
Work with and assist the change management process to maintain the HCM systems.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
In depth experience supporting an Oracle HCM implementation including incidents, problem/root cause and changes.
A background in IT infrastructure and Cloud-based solutions.
Comfortable working, presenting and collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Business Analyst - Procurement - Hatfield - 2 days/week office - 6 month contract - Inside IR35
We are working with a internationally recognised technology and retail business that is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support their Procurement Transformation programme.
The programme will be run by a small team of one Project Manager & two BAs, supported by SMEs from the business and reporting to the Head of Group Procurement. The programme aims to:
Redesign the Group Procurement Op Model – policy, processes, structure, RACI
Design and implement Supplier Risk Management
Develop Group-wide contracts management
Design, develop and implement Group-wide procurement data
Specify, procure and implement a Supplier Risk Management System, Contracts Database and Source to Pay
Effect a cultural change around procurement and cost control
The right person will have worked as a Business Analyst on multiple procurement transformation projects.
