Job Title: Oracle Cloud Architect Network and Security Admin

Employment Type: Contract

Workplace Type: Onsite / Brussels (4 days a week)
Preferred Skills:
Should know the Oracle IaaS and Pass cloud Architecture
Should know to build complex landing zones on OCI
Should Know the Networking Architecture (e,g. fast connect and Interconnectivity setup between cloud and On premise)
Particular interest in Infrastructure Service Design, Cyber Security/InfoSec/Cyberthreat Analytics; Compliance; Network Infrastructure
Should have hands on experience in designing complex network & Security architectures
Have hand on knowledge of plan and implement a security solution for your Hybrid or Public Cloud environments
Have good understanding of OCI Core/native Security features
Should Know how to Secure custom applications and manage user access to applications using Oracle Identity Cloud Service.
Should have hands on knowledge to Deploy and manage the OCI Network Firewall, Palo NGFW
Detect, investigate and remediate full range of security threats
Develops proofs of concept to demonstrate proposed technical solutions as required
Should have in good experience in applying Secure-By-Design principles for OCI Landing Zone
Should have experience designing workloads for High Availability, Disaster Recovery and Cloud Security
Should have in-depth understanding of FastConnect, VPN, Regions, Availability Zones, Load Balancing, DNS etc.
Should have understanding of firewalls, encryption, IDS, IPS etc
Should have experience in server or datacenter migration
Should good experience on Linux/Unix OS and extensive knowledge on Shell scripting and automation
Experienced in Datacentre, Workload and Application migrations to cloud
Deep IaaS business transformation, delivery and optimization expertise, ideally across Public , Private and Hybrid Cloud environments
Experience with Infrastructure architectural design in some of the following areas: Compute, storage and network design concepts. Bare metal, Hypervisors, HA, High Security Design, Clustering, Virtualization, Containers, Reporting, Back up and Disaster Recovery; Cloud Native Development and/or integration, PaaS , DevOps.
Knowledge/experience in some of the following areas: Oracle Cloud, KVM, Docker, Chef, Puppet, or other well-known, modern, virtualization, IaaS and PaaS toolsets.
Operations experience, reporting, management and compliance, capacity planning, virtualization, provisioning automation
Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions to different stakeholders, demonstrate smart design techniques and mentor other team members.
Work closely with client, sales, pre-sales and delivery staff to develop a robust architecture
Take full ownership of “best practices” in the IAAS area, covering the whole strategic footprint
Develop strong relationships with the product lines and in co-operation with the Delivery Management teams, advise on competency requirements
