Job Summary

We are seeking a UX Research Specialist with a strong background in human factors, psychology, or a related field, complemented by 2-5 years of experience in UX research or a similar role. The ideal candidate will be adept in both moderated and unmoderated studies, focusing on enhancing user experience in product development through insightful research and qualitative analysis. This role demands an individual with exceptional communication skills, who is detail-oriented and capable of working independently on multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Conducting both moderated and unmoderated user experience studies to inform product development.
Analyzing user behavior and interaction patterns through qualitative research methods.
Communicating findings and insights effectively through oral and written mediums.
Working independently on various tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
Balancing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to changing deadlines.

Must-have Skills

Advanced degree in a relevant field (Human Factors, Experimental Psychology, etc.).
Experience in user experience research or related field.
Demonstrated proficiency in qualitative user research and analysis methods.
