Join us as Functional Solution Architect!
In this role, you will focus on enhancing our Warehouse Management System (WMS) product suite by translating business requirements into cutting-edge technological solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a critical role in aligning business and IT strategies, ensuring scalability, compliance, and optimization of logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize the WMS product suite to meet customer and market demands.
Gather and prioritize requirements from internal and external stakeholders, creating a roadmap based on business value and budget.
Translate business needs into actionable architectural blueprints and structured functional designs.
Design and implement end-to-end WMS solutions using platforms like Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power Platform, and relevant third-party integrations.
Perform system performance assessments, ensuring scalability and alignment with client needs.
Conduct make-or-buy analyses and proof-of-concept evaluations for potential solutions.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate technical analysis, estimation, and execution of solutions.
Engage with Quality Assurance (QA) to guide proper testing and creation of documentation and demo materials.
Present WMS product strategy, roadmaps, and demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders.
Identify and address bottlenecks in processes, proposing actionable improvements.
Required Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in a Supply Chain Manager role or within Transport & Logistics companies.
Proven experience with WMS (and TMS) systems, including implementation and optimization.
Bachelor's degree in Transport & Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent professional experience.
Strong analytical, solution-oriented, and customer-centric mindset.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Navitrans or similar WMS/TMS solutions.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/365 Business Central.
Knowledge of DevOps methodologies.

You must be located in Europe and willing to relocate to Belgium.
As a Power BI Specialist you will:
Build and maintain business intelligence data models and dashboards for our IT applications, according to the priorities given by project managers.
Integrate data from multiple sources.
Create visuals for workflow, distribution, and consumption using Power BI tools.
Build new BI dashboards based on change requests.
Provide evaluative and corrective maintenance to existing BI dashboards.
Address requests received via the Change Advisory Board & Follow the schedule agreed upon with IT unit officials.
Qualifications
Master’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 14 years of experience.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Power BI, Kibana, QuickSight, DAX Query, SQL, Python, M Query, Power Query).
Experience in Power BI data modeling and ETL, both on-premises and in the cloud.
Experience in Power BI report performance optimization (e.g., query folding, visual optimization, data model minimization).
Familiarity with Power BI administration, including gateways, user/report access, and workspaces.
Knowledge in integrating various data sources into Power BI (e.g., relational databases, JSON, website analytics).
Experience with GitLab or similar version control tools.
Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable visualizations.
