Your Mission
As a Sales Engineer for flexible metal hoses and components, you will be the driving force behind market expansion and revenue growth. Your role will involve:
Winning new customers & growing existing accounts – From mid-sized industrial companies to large OEMs, you’ll be the expert they turn to for top-tier solutions.
Boosting market share with a premium product – With your technical know-how and strong persuasion skills, you’ll showcase the unmatched benefits of our high-performance metal hoses.
Delivering real value – Understanding customer needs and working closely with internal teams to develop solutions that exceed expectations.
Owning your territory – Managing your sales pipeline, maximizing customer engagement, and driving sustainable growth.

What You Bring to the Table
Sales DNA – You are highly motivated, target-driven, and love closing deals.
Technical expertise – You have hands-on experience in fluid technology, especially metal hoses. A degree in mechanical engineering (from an École d’Ingénieurs or Université de Technologie) is a plus.
Solution mindset – You enjoy solving complex technical challenges and turning problems into opportunities.
Communication skills – You know how to engage with both engineers and procurement professionals, tailoring your message to different audiences.
Flexibility & drive – Willingness to travel extensively (3 days a week) in France and push boundaries to achieve outstanding results.
Language skills – Fluency in French (spoken & written) and solid English for business communication.
