PLATFORM MANAGER (CAMUNDA BUILD)
LONDON HYBRID – HARBOUR EXCHANGE OR LIVERPOOL STREET
6 MONTH CONTRACT – MULTI YEAR INITIATIVE
Purpose of role:
Definition of the program to implement strategic digital enterprise workflow/ process orchestration platform and framework in EMEA
Definition of IT architecture and infrastructure requirements for this program
Mobilisation, coordination and training of resources for the program including stakeholder engagement with business and other technology teams
Establishment of process engineering capability in EMEA
Key Responsibilities:
Technology Delivery Management:
Definition of objectives, success factors, key performance indicators, business outcomes, business change and technology deliverables
Development and executions of comprehensive delivery plans, including timelines, resources, budgets, issue and risk management
Implementation of program stakeholder governance to oversee delivery, track and report progress, manage scope, issues, and risks
Manage project budgets and resources effectively
Architecture:
Conduct thorough stakeholder meetings and gather required information towards driving into capability-centric architecture
Document business requirements, business capability, process flows, and technical specifications in a clear and detailed manner
Define and design target-state capability architecture, business service catalogue which are implementable in selected workflow/process orchestration platform
Develop roadmap for replacement of the legacy end of live workflow platform and applications enabled through this platform
Business Process Improvement:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify end to end processes, pain points, inefficiencies, and areas for orchestration and automation
Analyse current processes and design innovative solutions using the selected workflow/process orchestration platform
Lead process reengineering efforts to optimize workflows and improve operational performance
Collaborate with other technology, end-user or business change teams in designing the end to end process orchestration comprising IT systems, RPA and manual steps
Platform Adoption:
Develop and execute a comprehensive solution based on the program charter
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and effective use of the platform
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by encouraging the use of the platform for process automation and digital transformation
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of technical experts, business analysts, and end-users
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment
Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve project objectives
Required Skills and Experience:
Extensive experience in Business Process, Workflow, Case Management and Orchestration solution delivery within Financial Sector and Highly Regulated environment
Experience in implementing frameworks and change programs for process orchestration in similar organisations
Extensive knowledge BMPN, DMN and best practices in enterprise process modelling, automation and orchestration
Experience in implementing Camunda, Flowable, or similar technologies into enterprise DevOps platforms and integration with on prem and cloud-based architectures
Proven experience in technical program management; proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Experience working in complete life cycle of a BPM project (designing business process to working with technical team during implementation)
Strong understanding of business process management concepts, methodologies, and tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams
Knowledge of industry best practices and standards for process improvement and digital transformation
Experience in contract management and negotiation of contracts and statements of work for software licenses, support and professional services
Thorough understanding of IT controls and software development lifecycle
Positive mindset to drive excellence and continual improvement in IT service delivery

About the opportunity
Within the Commercial Banking design team, we are transforming how users experience their products and services. We’re on the lookout for a senior Ux engineer to join our creative team. You’ll be leading the charge in transforming our experiences for business and commercial banking customers, ensuring production grade quality delivery coupled with delightful and accessible experiences.
Working in a multi-disciplinary design, product, and engineering team, you’ll be at the forefront of developing out the code libraries for the design system – for a key area of our business. You’ll also be supported by our wider Experience Design and Engineering communities.
A hybrid role operating between a developer and UX designer, you’ll be responsible for:
• Planning and codifying components, templates or design patterns for our design and engineering communities. Working with user experience designers within the team, you’ll work cohesively to integrate your best-in-class engineering principles while adhering to latest design best practises. This will require taking prototypes and design within Figma and identifying common components and patterns that codifying these in our design system for software engineers to access and use in their everyday work.
• Program the front-end: use React, styled-components else similar to create interactive layouts, features, or execute other design ideas.
• Collaborate with UX and engineering teams: As a professional with both design and programming abilities, act as the bridge between the two teams. Working with designers, back-end engineers, and writers to develop products and services.
Experience / Skills
This role is an intersection between a front-end software engineer and a web/UI designer and engineers. Experience/ skills required:
• A solid understanding of programming fundamentals -Experience of coding in various such as HTML, CSS, Javascript.
• A strong advocacy for UX, mastery at UI implementation - Experience of both working with Ux designers and implementation of Ux principles & practices in your work.
• Bi-lingual in pixels and pointers
• Prior experience of working on design systems – Developing tokens and theming to enable designs to be translated to variables, ensuring a seamless transition from design language to code.
• Has worked in teams that use tooling such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience as a UX engineer or similar role (e.g. front-end software engineer), with proficiency in React, CSS and Figma libraries.
• Excellent attention to detail, implementing and maintaining user interfaces with a passion for creating inclusive and accessible designs.
• Write production-quality code with a strong focus on performance, maintainability and performance. Staying abreast of technology, elevating our design benchmarks.

• Work collaboratively with designers, engineers and Product owners to iterate designs and prototypes identifying and raising issues as early in the lifecycle as possible.
• Acting as a bridge that ties design and engineering teams together.

We’re looking for an Enterprise Data Architect to join our team based in Park Central, Birmingham, on a fixed-term contract.
Position: Enterprise Data Architect Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract Contract Length: 6 Months Working Pattern: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the data resiliency agenda across our organisation, ensuring data flows seamlessly from source to destination without risk of loss or corruption.
Establish controls and assessment frameworks to identify vulnerabilities in our complex data landscape, including on-premise systems, third-party applications, and cloud environments.
Embed data assessments by collaborating with diverse stakeholders, focusing on operational resilience, data security, and policy standards.
Analyse annual data resilience assessments and pinpoint vulnerabilities related to availability, integrity, and security of data.
Create comprehensive data lineage documentation using Ins-Pi and ServiceNow to illustrate the data journey across our technology landscape.
Present findings at senior Governance forums, helping to shape remediation plans for identified vulnerabilities.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience with ServiceNow and a strong understanding of data resilience.
Expertise in batch processing, messaging queues, third-party data connections, encryption, data recovery, and cloud technologies.
A background in the banking or insurance sector, particularly in roles focused on enhancing data resilience.
Knowledge of payments, cards, pensions, insurance, markets, trade & settlement, and customer logon journeys.
Familiarity with FCA, PRA, and EBA guidelines regarding operational resilience.
Strong enterprise technical architecture skills, particularly in identifying and resolving data resiliency issues.
Experience in working within a Data Pillar or similar structures.
Knowledge of managing data across on-premise and cloud environments, with insights into forward-looking technologies like data vaulting and data twins.
Strong expertise in disaster recovery, backup and restore processes, and cyber threat monitoring.
