We are seeking a skilled Front-End Developer to join a multinational IT team delivering high-impact digital solutions for a large-scale European institution. Description of the tasks:

Development of front-end website architecture.

Required Skills and Experience:

Multi-module, component-based client-side development.

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join a multinational IT team delivering high-impact e-learning initiatives for a large-scale European institution.
You’ll work collaborating with stakeholders and analyzing business needs across a Moodle-based LMS ecosystem.

Your Responsibilities:

Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements.
Analyse and document the existing Moodle environment, customizations, and integrations.
Evaluate options for LMS modernization and multilingual support.
Map requirements to open-source Moodle plugins.
Assess customizations' impact on future upgrades and maintenance.
Develop strategies for migration and plugin policies.
Define KPIs and reporting needs for stakeholders.
Design reporting and data warehousing solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

We are looking for an Expert in AI /NLP/ ML who will integrate the IT team., for a major European institution.

Your Responsibilities:

Design and implementation of AI solutions at REGIO in close collaboration with team management and AI technical lead;
Propose or support adequate machine learning models and employ NLP techniques to extract valuable insights from large datasets;
Support the development of generative AI solutions in knowledge management;
Engage with colleagues from various teams, analyze business requirements and translate them into AI solutions;
Follow AI developments within the European Commission. Attend meetings on AI and prepare briefings for the management.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in developing AI solutions, including machine learning and NLP; Proven experience with Deep Learning models, NLP techniques, NLTK, ;
Excellent knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests, Neural Network, and/or artificial intelligence frameworks;
Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud);
Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies in AI;
Experience in cleaning and preparing data for AI/ML models;
Minimum 3 years of experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (e.g. Docker) for the deployment of AI and machine learning applications. Experience with Knowledge Graphs and SPARQL is an asset;
Minimum 2 years of experience with version control systems (Git Hub) and ETL tools (e.g. dbt, Airflow);
Technical proficiency regarding database design development, data models, techniques for data mining, and segmentation;
Solution-oriented and accuracy to detail;
Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application developments;
Knowledge of European Commission IT environment is an asset.

Specific expertise:

Minimum 3 years experience and expertise in the command of Python, R , MongoDB, C++, Matlab, Atlassian with specific hands-on experience linked to relevant libraries, including but not limited to NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, SpaCy, NLTK, PyTorch, TensorFlow, dplyr, stringr, tidymodels, torch for R, ggplot.
Minimum 1 year experience (expertise) of Semantic NLP techniques, including semantic representation, text splitting, analysis, similarity and parsing.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on knowledge with Large Language Models (e.g. OpenAI, LLaMa and Mistal) and recent handson experience on using LangChain framework, Hugging Face (in NLP context), hybridsearch and streamlit

Outstanding communication skills and ability to deliver presentation to both business and technical audiences;
Excellent command of English (see certification requirements below)
French and/or German at conversational level or attested through academic studies in either France or Germany;

Certifications:

Level of education corresponding to Level 7 of the European Qualification Framework which typically corresponds to a master degree of 5 years.
