Position Overview: Our client is looking for a Project Leader who will be responsible for electrical infrastructure projects (380, 220, 150, 70, and 36 kV).

What you'll do:
Responsibility for defining, studying, and designing projects, and ensuring the execution of the projects until commissioning and administrative closure.
Developing preliminary designs, preparing budgets, and scheduling projects, taking into account required and available resources.
Responsibility for managing the planning, project budget, and reporting to team leaders.
Assisting in preparing tender documents and participating in the procurement process.
Leading and coordinating the on-site execution of projects in collaboration with the relevant entities of the client Group (suppliers, contractors, etc.).
Tasks are performed autonomously with reporting to the Manager.

What you bring:
Civil or industrial engineer in electrical engineering or electromechanics (this is a MUST).
Experience in project management (graduates may also apply).
Knowledge of high-voltage systems.
Strong sense of responsibility, excellent organizational skills.
Fluent and assertive communicator, customer-oriented, values teamwork, and is inventive.

Language:
Excellent knowledge of both official languages (Dutch and French).

Position Overview: The HR Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing a comprehensive recruitment and training project aimed at hiring and upskilling technical staff. They will cooperate with relevant departments to ensure project objectives in terms of quality, timelines and numbers are met.

What you'll do:
Recruitment:
Collaborate with operational leaders to identify specific technical staffing needs.
Define job profiles, draft and post job advertisements.
(Develop innovative strategies to attract top technical talent.)
Education:
Assess the skills of newly recruited technicians and identify training requirements.
Design a training/education program in cooperation with Expert area.
Organize training sessions internally or with external partners.
Monitor training effectiveness through performance indicators and adjust the program as necessary.
Project Management:
Plan and coordinate key project milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines.
Prepare regular reports to update the management team on project progress.
Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
Post-Integration Support:
Oversee the onboarding process for new technicians.
Implement tools to measure new hires’ satisfaction and performance.

What you bring:
Experience: At least 7 years in a similar role, including recruitment and training projects for technical positions.
University degree in Human Resources, Project Management, or equivalent. Specialization in technical skills management is a plus.
Expertise in technical recruitment processes and skills assessment.
Expertise in Recruitment for Public organizations is a plus.
Knowledge of training methodologies for technical roles.
Proficiency in project management tools and HR software.
Good knowledge of MS software.

Languages:
Native in Dutch is mandatory, alongside excellent communication skills in English and French.

Job Description
Locally Barrow-in-Furness based SCADA Technician required for a contract opportunity in the offshore renewable sector.

In this role as a SCADA Technician, you will be

Validating the Current Asset Register: Conduct thorough audits and validations of the existing SCADA asset register to ensure all equipment is accounted for and accurately recorded.
Documenting and recording findings: Maintain comprehensive documentation of findings, including asset status, issues, and areas for improvement. Ensure that all data is accurately recorded for future reference.
Supporting Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to ongoing improvement projects by identifying areas of enhancement, offering solutions, and ensuring that SCADA systems operate at peak efficiency.
Collaborating with Multi-Discipline Teams: Work closely with engineers, IT specialists, and other technical teams to address issues, improve processes, and implement system upgrades.
Ensuring compliance & best practices: Ensure all SCADA activities comply with industry regulations, best practices, and company policies.


SCADA Technician qualifications and skill set

HNC (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Systems, or a related field.
Familiarity with SCADA software platforms (e.g., Wonderware, Ignition, Siemens).
Experience in asset management software and data recording tools.


Locally Barrow-in-Furness based SCADA Technician required for a contract opportunity in the offshore renewable sector.
