Goodman Masson have partnered with an exciting London-based Investment Manager with a focus on the Infrastructure & Renewables space – who are looking to bring on an FP&A specialist to join the business on a 12 month FTC. This role is ideal for someone with strong modelling/data-focused experience. Financial Services would be a definite plus for this role.
Role:
Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future financial performance as well as developing rolling forecast functionality
Business partnering with wider finance team to analyse financial & operational results
Scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess financial impact on the business
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting – presenting trends & variances from budget/forecasts
Your experience:
ACA/ACCA qualified – with at least 2 years experience in a similar role
Strong modelling skills – comfortable working with and maintaining financial models
Experience using Power BI, advanced Excel user
Experience with budgeting/forecasting techniques

Financial Controller - 160k salary + benefits - Central London
An exciting role for a proven Financial Controller to join a multinational business during a period of growth. This will initially be a 12 month contract with a chance of a permanent role for the right person. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent corporate financial strategy through a range of avenues such as managing and allocating accounts, financial statements, and tax data. The company can wait up 8 weeks for the right person but sooner the better.
Responsibilities
Lead the day to day financial reporting
Manage all group consolidated financials and tax matters
Manage the finance team to ensure strong overall performance
Lead on process improvement initiatives
Be an integral part in the company's growth plans
Ensure government compliance in all tasks
Qualifications
Qualified Accountant with at least 10 years post qualified experience
Must have managed teams of 10+
Must have experience working in a large business as a Financial Controller or Director

This is an exciting opportunity for an accountant to join a well known company as their Management Accountant, while initially a contract role, there is a chance for it to go permanent for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Generate timely and accurate Management Accounts (full P&L and Balance Sheet).
Develop monthly KPIs and margin analysis.
Provide insightful commentary to support Management Accounts.
Equip the Operational Team with financial data for informed business decisions.
Process monthly journals, including accruals and prepayments.
Execute month-end intercompany reconciliations.
Prepare quarterly recharge invoices to actively reduce intercompany transactions.
Complete balance sheet reconciliations.
Develop quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.
Maintain the fixed asset register.
Recommend improvements to control processes.
