The IT Support Analyst role will see you play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of their event management system, including, managing stakeholder communications, resolving bugs, overseeing system administration tasks, and coordinating feature go-lives. Splunk Consultant with live SC or DV Clearance required by our defence client, working on a major SOC migration programme. We are seeking an experienced Splunk Consultant, ideally Splunk Core Consultant and Splunk Enterprise Security Admin certified who is comfortable working remotely but also able to travel to the client site in Gosport occasionally when required. This Splunk Consultant contract will see you working alongside analysts within a dedicated SOC team, helping with live monitoring and migration from the old SOC to the new SOC environment. You'll need to use your experience to take a considered overview of the environment, making sure the environment is robust and ready, and also help with refinement and mapping activities.
