Head of Finance Transformation - £700 per day (inside or IR35) Internationally renowned Education charity based near to Heathrow are looking for an interim Head of Finance Transformation. This position will require you to design and implementing finance transformation initiatives and ERP cloud migration or implementation. We're seeking an enthusiastic Head of Finance to join our team and lead the delivery of a range of initiatives to improve our financial framework. You'll play a crucial role in designing and delivering a finance transformation strategy while providing leadership and management to the finance team. Working under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, you'll critically assess operating models and processes such as annual budgets, third party due-diligence and project accountancy setup. You'll also be responsible for providing advice and guidance to senior managers using insights from financial data. Key Responsibilities: Work with key senior stakeholders across the Foundation to understand business requirements, frustrations, inefficiencies and unnecessary complexity. Design and implement the finance transformation strategy. Leading the delivery of approved change initiatives, ensuring they are delivered and Embedded successfully. Provide leadership and management to our existing team of finance experts, creating opportunities for their learning and development and supporting their effective delivery of ongoing finance tasks. Reporting to the CFO, this Finance Transformation Manager position will focus on providing fundamental management support to their finance function while also lead their finance transformation project. The company are migrating their ERP systems to the cloud, while also realigning their current Finance structure to be more streamlined. The Requirements: The right person will have extensive finance transformation and business change experience. Strong experience with project accountancy, working with multiple concurrent projects.
