I am seeking a mid-level Systems Engineer with three (2+) or more years of experience to work in a systems engineer/network/infrastructure focused support role. The primary responsibility of the Infrastructure Engineer is to provide high level functional and technical support for the company’s products directly to the customer base. Working with cloud-based, state-of-the-art technology, and a microservices-based wealth management product, the Technical Consultant / Analyst Programmer focuses on integrating software into clients operating environments, while showing clients how to use products more efficiently to help reach their objectives and targets. This is a challenging role with responsibilities that include understanding client requirements, facilitating business and technology workshops, mapping requirements to the existing technical capabilities of the product, providing solution(s) for any gaps in functionality, and undertaking development to deliver functionalities (when required).
