Service Delivery Manager - Strategic Change Delivery - 4 months + - Remote first with ad hoc travel - base negotiable across UK
I am looking for a Service Delivery Manager to help deliver Strategic Change for a Community Engagement department at a leading government organisation. The role can be based across the UK, working mainly remote with flexibility to travel to London & the Midlands as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and drive a new engagement strategy, ensuring its integration into wider organisational goals.
Oversee customer growth and diversification through strategic activities and stakeholder collaboration.
Provide leadership and line management to the Community Engagement team, ensuring impactful engagement with their stakeholders.
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in strategy development and delivery.
Strong leadership and line management capabilities for hybrid teams across multiple locations.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire and drive change.
Experience in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and empowerment.
Ability to build strong relationships with peers and stakeholders, prioritising service delivery for customers
Strategic mindset, coupled with a hands-on approach to implementation.
