Adecco Public Sector is working with a client in the East Midlands who are seeking an experienced and dynamic 3rd Line Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of technical and project resources to deliver high-quality technical support services and projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:-
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT technical support and project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Experience working in the Public Sector or a similar regulated industry is preferred.
Strong technical skills in areas such as infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologies.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Working on a number of projects, such as: Office 365, Cloud Migration programme, End user compute UX, Azure exchange migration, MDM.
