Description:

Assists in the development and execution of implementation and deployment plans.

Provides data support and basic analysis in identifying the objectives and requirements of technology initiatives.

Participates in defining system scope and objectives across diverse platforms, databases, software, hardware, technologies and tools.

Follows established procedures to test and debugs new software or enhancements to existing software.

Assists in analysis of business processes within support areas as they relate to existing or proposed systems and applications, and defines/suggests improvements where appropriate.

Works on components of projects with guidance. Participates in customer training and provides educational support in the implementation of systems and business processes.

Provides technical support for internal and external clients. Understands the issues around corporate compliance, and how it affects company's projects and systems.

Maintains system documentation for the supported software portfolio.
