I have a great opportunity for a Director of Product to join a leading hospitality organisation, to support the ideation, design and delivery of large complex, cross-functional change programmes.
This individual will work closely with functional leaders and business process owners to identify and leverage technology solutions that support strategic goals in a leading hospitality company. Key responsibilities will include developing business cases, defining functional and non-functional requirements, selecting technology products, and mobilising delivery teams-including third-party partners.
We are therefore looking for the following experience:
General product leadership experience with the ability to successfully support requirements capture and highly value attribution and prioritisation.
PMS experience, ideally Mews. If not, strong external vendor management/partnership experience.
Strong background in digital experience, particularly payments.
Experience overseeing or managing multiple or complex projects in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities, with a stellar track record.
Experience working with the Hospitality or Retail sector.
Due to the scale of projects that are in the pipeline, there is a great deal of opportunity to gain exposure to other areas of the business. This organisation offers a collaborative, friendly working environment, with hybrid working available.

In this role, you'll be responsible for line management of multi-disciplinary teams (IT Engineering/Logistics) and acting as point of contact for the team responsible for various functions including break fix calls, buffer stock, logistics, shipping and asset removal service. Your responsibilities: Line management of their engineering and logistics team. You will be a team leader, staff mentor. Troubleshoot and diagnose desktop related hardware issues and talk with various teams internally and externally to resolve these issues. Gathering warranty replacement parts with charge for assets and/or fault components within the equipment's warranty period. Produce both defined and AdHoc reports within required timeframes.
