Service provision for a PO/BA for the implementation of new featuresand Rollout of KET application

Define and implement business processes
Analyse current processes and systems, and identify areas for improvement
Translate business process needs into system requirements (focus on data and integrations) Follow-up on system development
Plan and prepare User Acceptance Tests
Customer Quality Audit & Customer service dashboard development and support rollout coordinate with stakeholders (suppliers, NMSCs, IT), create tests scenarios & matrix Provide feedback to IT for corrections and further improvements
Systems setups together with IT
report to management on project progress

You are fluent in English

You have experience in analysing business process needs and translatinginto system requirements You have experience in UATs: check matrix preparation and validation
You have experience in project management, preferably in IT systems
You have experience in handling high quantity of data and numbers with Excel, Access, VBA, Power Bl, Power automate, Python or other similar You have experience working cross functionally and building collaborative relationships internally and externally
You have the willingness and flexibility to travel for business needs Your values are in line with the company values
