Service Delivery Manager
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee the support, performance, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications. This role will ensure the stability, reliability, and effectiveness of multiple business-critical systems by managing service operations, vendor relationships, and incident resolution.
As part of an ongoing business transformation programme, you will take ownership of service management, vendor oversight, and issue resolution to maintain seamless system operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the service delivery of enterprise applications meets business needs and performance expectations.
Oversee incident resolution, problem management, and escalation processes to minimise downtime and disruption.
Act as the primary liaison between business teams, IT, and third-party vendors, ensuring service alignment.
Monitor and enforce vendor SLAs, ensuring suppliers meet contractual commitments and performance benchmarks.
Lead procurement processes, including RFPs and RFIs, for application support and related services.
Identify and drive continuous service improvement, enhancing system efficiency and user experience.
Develop and maintain a service roadmap, aligning with business priorities and transformation objectives.
Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and data governance best practices in service operations.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in service management, service delivery, and technology ownership.
Strong background in enterprise application support and service operations.
Expertise in incident, problem, and escalation management.
Experience managing third-party vendors and overseeing contractual performance.
Familiarity with procurement processes, including RFPs and RFIs.
A strategic mindset, with the ability to define and execute service roadmaps.
