Delivering organisational change in agile environments. Proven experience delivering medium to large & complex projects. Specialised Change Management methodology certifications (eg PROSCI)
Global SAP Change Management Lead Role Summary
Client is migrating it's S4/Hana from their global offices to a company in the UK. This is going from D365 to S4/Hana. Key to this integrated model is the Slipstream business program that has recently been initiated. With a strong focus on the UK operations the program seeks to harmonise my client's systems & processes across several work streams. At the heart of this will be the establishment of an SAP S4/Hana environment that can support manufacturing, procurement, payroll, finance & warehousing functions. To this end a skilled Global SAP Change Management Lead is required to support the delivery of a complex S4/Hana migration project
Global SAP Change Management Lead Responsibilities
Develop & execute the change management strategy & plan, aligned with the project delivery approach & goals.
Work collaboratively with the Program Manager to ensure appropriate governance structures, roles & responsibilities are established & that change plans are endorsed according to project governance.
Partner with project & business stakeholders to develop strong relationships, deliver the changes & evaluate the impact & risks of planned changes.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams & actively engage with stakeholders to facilitate adoption & minimise disruption to business operations.
Manage sponsor & key stakeholder relationships to drive support for change & championship across all levels of the organisation.
Develop & deliver clear & engaging communications in a timely manner.
Facilitate change agents/networks as required to maximise communication coverage to all levels of our business.
Develop & effective sustainability plan to maximise the value outcome for the business.
Lead & direct the change & training team for successful change delivery.
