Tools Programmer - 12-Month Contract
We are seeking a Game Tools Programmer to join our Game Technology team on a 12-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge tools that support the creation of our next project.
About the Role
As a Game Tools Programmer, you will work closely with content teams to design and implement tools that streamline and enhance the development process. You will be responsible for extending our in-house editor, delivering project-specific functionality, and ensuring our tools meet the team’s evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with content teams to identify, define, and prioritize tooling requirements.
Plan and execute tasks to meet project milestones and deliverables.
Enhance our in-house editor with new features tailored to project needs.
Document and communicate tool updates to relevant stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience developing tools for commercially released games.
Strong C and C++ programming skills, with a focus on clean, maintainable code.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive, pragmatic, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in 3D mathematics, technical art, and/or gameplay programming.
