Its a contractual opportunity , Onsite opportunity at Sunbury on Thames

This role is required to:
To assess the domain IT landscape assessment and Application portfolio optimization for gap analysis.
Creation of solution and architectural views (logical| conceptual| development| execution| infrastructure & operations architecture)
To study and define system requirements addressing stakeholder| portfolio concerns
To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new and emerging products/technologies
To manage Non-Functional Requirement adaption for the solution
To contribute towards white/technical papers and knowledge base
Coordinate & Lead Technical discussions with IT Executives, IT SMEs, and End-Users during (as appropriate):
PreSales, Solution Defense & Business Case Presentations
Tool Capability and Enhancement Demos
Due Diligence, Planning & Design
Security Review, System Testing
Value Realization & ROI discussions
Take end to end technical accountabilities for all transformation products that get deployed within the account
Create and validate the solution design and technical architecture for tools
Validate the overall timelines, key outcomes, and critical success factors
Develop and update artefacts for Security Compliance review processes and compliance
Adjust the solution, technical design, and activities according to customer calibration and discussions
Continue to review the ongoing deployment progress and ensure adherence to program timelines
Handle any technical escalations associated with deployed Technical Architects in various projects
Resolve technical, configuration, deployment, and enhancement issues related to multiple technologies
Continue to enhance own learnings and skills to handle additional/new tools in the scope
Mentor, train, and coach new resource(s) in the team on an ongoing basis
Job Description – Minimal Requirements
Must have excellent communication (written and conversation skills in the English language)
Proven track record in End point monitoring tools like Systrack, Nexthink, Microsoft
16+ Years of proven experience in solutioning and supporting enterprise customers
Must have the following degrees/certifications
Bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science, Engineering or any equivalent)
MCP or above, ITIL v3 and above
Extensive Experience in the following technologies is preferred:
Windows OS: Clients and Servers
Active Directory, Exchange and O365
Software Distribution Tools like SCCM
RDP connectivity like Bomgar (Secure Remote Access)
Office365 Suite: MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, and MS Visio
ITSM tools like ServiceNow & Remedy etc.
Extensive understanding of cloud, server, and networking concepts
Experience in writing scripts such as VB Script, PowerShell, Python, and good knowledge and understanding of programming concepts.
Well versed with APIs for SSO and Other Integrations.
Well versed with IDPs and Monitoring Solutions
Additional desirable experience / certifications are:
Handling Complex Tools transformation project
Managing Operations / Service Delivery
Additional Project Management (Agile / Scrum / PMP / Prince2)
