The role of Cyber Security Reporting Analyst is a subject matter expert role focused on the effective definition and design of reporting that will support in the mission to provide data led security insights. This work will support the maturity of our continuous control monitoring service that will be at the forefront of driving forward the security posture of the organisation to ensure delivery of a safe, secure and sustainable digital bank our customers can trust.
The main elements of accountabilities for this role are in the following areas:
Providing expert, specialist level of knowledge in the use of analysis and visualization to explain cyber security posture to various stakeholders
Communicating with technical and Business stakeholders across the organisation to ensure security testing outcomes are understood.
Ability to use information to influence the right outcomes for the organisation to reduce security risk.
Proactively contribute to continuous improvements in our reporting and insights capabilities.
Team working and the ability to be self-directed on task completion
Demonstrating a professional can do' attitude and high levels of motivation
Working under pressure, managing multiple priorities in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment
Collaborating with internal and external parties to provide excellent outcomes and customer service

It is expected that the role holder is responsible for collaborating and networking across the Bank and establishing strong links with key business areas and stakeholders.
We need you to have:
Advanced excel and Power BI/Tableau skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Experience of data analysis and developing management information including developing scorecards, dashboards, and metrics
Expertise in supporting the management of a service/function through advanced analytics
Knowledge of risk management
Visualisation/analytics/reporting capability
A deep understanding of the tools and technologies that can support great reporting, automation, and visualisation to diverse stakeholders
