Project Manager - Leading Insurance firm - Outside IR35 Contract

Our sister company Stellarmann are looking for a contract Project Manager to join the team, with a focus on helping build out a new Loyd's Syndicate! Stellarmann build teams of associates to deliver technology and change programmes, in this case for a London market Insurer.

You'll be great for this role if:

- Strong London Market Operations awareness (1st and 2nd line)
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- UW operations experience & knowledge
- London Market experience - essential

This is an initial 6 month outside IR35 Contract paying Circa £700 per day. The role offers hybrid working, 3 days a week on-site in their London office.

The ITSM Engineer will be responsible for implementing and optimizing IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and enhancing the overall efficiency of IT services. Key Responsibilities: Implement and manage ITSM processes such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Level Management. Provide expert advice on ITSM best practices and the ITIL framework. Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective IT service delivery. Conduct root cause analysis and problem management for recurring incidents. Develop and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure high-quality service delivery. Handle high-pressure situations and critical service outages with effective problem-solving skills. Continuously improve ITSM processes based on feedback and performance metrics. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or similar. Proven experience in IT Service Management, preferably in a similar role. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM principles.
