Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR Functional Consultant
Start: ASAP
Duration: initial 6 months
Location: access to Lincolnshire office
Candidates must have active NPPV3 clearance (or clearable)
We're seeking an experienced Freelance Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR Functional Consultant to lead D365 HR implementation projects. You'll work remotely, with occasional travel to client sites, driving end-to-end implementations, managing consultants, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and document business processes, requirements, and configurations for D365 HR.
Lead System Testing, Data Migration, UAT, and Go Live activities.
Own project deliverables and manage small projects independently.
Lead consultant teams, facilitate client meetings, and drive decision-making.
Provide weekly status updates and collaborate with Solution Architects.
Required Skills & Experience:
Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR and AX 2012 (3-4 end-to-end implementations).
Strong knowledge of HR modules and data migration in D365 Finance.
Excellent communication, documentation, and client management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.
Ability to work independently and remotely; travel required.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree (MBA, B. Com, B.Tech, etc.).
Hands-on experience with D365 F&O and HR domain expertise preferred.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
