Rate: Circa £500/day Inside
Duration: 6 months
Location: South Cumbria (Onsite)
This is an exciting opportunity to join a global organisation who are modernising their networking and infrastructure capability. As the network engineer you will be supporting Cisco, specifically Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI). You will also be supporting Cisco ISE, Cisco Wireless, Meraki Wireless and SDA
This role does require someone to have current Active SC Clearance.

Mandatory skills: Demonstrable experience to create innovative network solutions and offerings against the customers' requirements. Previous experience working alongside the customer to derive requirements. Create and be responsible for High Level solutions and designs that meet, or exceed, the customers' expectations utilising technologies from a variety of industry leading vendors. Production of estimates including BOMs, licensing and effort based on chosen methodology. Support the Lead Bid Architect/Solution Owner in defining designs in line with requirements. Provide input into reports, when required, to the customer and Lead Network Bid Architects. Previous experience working on bids and/or medium to large complex changes. Solid understanding of a variety of network and routing protocols. Demonstrable experience of working with multiple teams, supporting Sales, Bid Managers, Commercials and other Technical Architects. Excellent communications skills with multiple stakeholders, able to take ownership and responsibility, with good attention to detail.
