A Bristol based Defence client is seeking a skilled Contract Electro-Mechanical Engineer to join their team for an exciting 6 month project.
The company
As a leading design and manufacturing company within the Defence sector, their products provide capability to multiple security companies. They are currently working on new generation products with cutting-edge technology and service, and therefore pride themselves on their innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop electro-mechanical systems for advanced defence projects.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical and mechanical components.
Conduct testing and analysis to ensure the highest standards of performance and reliability.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as an Electro-Mechanical Engineer, preferably in the defence or aerospace sectors.
Strong background in both electrical and mechanical engineering principles.
Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and relevant simulation tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Eligible to work in the UK (or applicable location) and willing to undergo security clearance.
