Job Description We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead a platform migration project within our organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, with specific expertise in platform migrations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and drive the platform migration project forward, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

* Work closely with stakeholders, including senior management and technical teams, to oversee planning and execution.
* Identify potential risks and take proactive steps to mitigate them.
* Ensure that all technical documentation is thoroughly understood and appropriately managed.

* Facilitate communication between teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager, particularly with cloud platform migrations.
* Strong knowledge of O365 and Google Workspace.
* Excellent understanding of technical documentation and the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable steps.
* Experience in risk management, with the ability to highlight and mitigate risks effectively.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A proactive mindset with the ability to drive projects forward independently. Soft Skills
* Outstanding communication skills - the ability to convey technical and strategic concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
