Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Lead Engineer with expertise in Python, React and Supabase to join our growing remote team based in the UK. As a Lead Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our technology stack and driving the development of full-stack applications. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using Python, React and Supabase.
Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to refine technical specifications and ensure alignment with business goals.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate relevant technologies into the development process.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and product quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience with Python, React and Supabase in a full-stack environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Demonstrable experience leading engineering teams or projects.
Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with a focus on collaboration and accountability.
Deep understanding of web development principles and practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
