The Role
Hays are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Technical Business to join our client on a contracted assignment for an approximate duration of 6 months.

Join our clients Cyber Uplift programme within the Cyber Security function. The programme will deliver enhanced capabilities across multiple platforms to protect identities, credentials and data across the application landscape. We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), covering Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ. This role is critical in ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient IAM strategies within British Airways' Cyber Uplift programme.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with IT security and compliance teams to design IAM processes.
Gather, analyse, and document IAM requirements for provisioning, governance, and deprovisioning.
Support integration and implementation of SailPoint and Microsoft Entra IAM workflows.
Define RBAC, ABAC, MFA policies, and Zero Trust architectures.
Work on access certification campaigns and privileged identity management.
Analyse IAM logs for compliance and audit purposes.
Provide user training on IAM processes and workflows.
Coordinate UAT and validate IAM implementations.
Documentation of requirements and obtaining agreement with agreed stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in IAM/IGA environments.
Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ.
Strong knowledge of IAM security principles, conditional access, and MFA.
Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR, HIPAA.
Experience in stakeholder management and IAM workflow optimization.
Solid experience in application onboarding into IAM solutions and quality assurance.
A good workshop facilitator
Someone who is a go getter – this will be speaking to lots of stakeholders
Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300).
SailPoint Certified IdentityNow/IdentityIQ Engineer.
Knowledge of PAM tools (CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
