Job Title: Network Support Engineer
Location: Gosselies, Belgium (presence on the Gosselies site for a minimum of 2 days a week is mandatory)
Duration: 6 months+ extensions
Main tasks
1) Operational management:
Ticket management
Incident and query management
Incident investigation
Infrastructure changes related to incidents/queries: modification of equipment configuration, addition of equipment (installation will be executed by a team of Field Engineers), ...
Writing documentation
2) Support to Network Experts:
Execution of recurring tasks
Writing documentation
Participation in implementation activities (depending on the level of seniority)
General Skills
Language requirement: Level of French C2 on the European CEFR scale, Must have
Experience in network security aspects, Must have
Experience in Routing / Switching and WIFI technologies, Must have
Experience implementing network infrastructure changes, Must have
Experience in monitoring and tuning the systems that make up the network, Must have
Proven experience in a similar business context (number of users > 2000), Must have
Proven experience in designing for the adaptation or implementation of new network-type systems, Medior (3 to 5 years) (3,00 years), Must have
Proven experience in Level 2 support on network management, Medior (3 to 5 years) (3,00 years), Must have
CCNA level (or equivalent) expected, Should have
Good knowledge of ITIL, Nice to have
