- Experience in development of production grade application and services in Java/ Kotlin.
- Hands on experience in Kotlin or Java 8(focus on lamda expression, streams, nullable and functional interfaces) , Spring Boot , Microservices, Kafka, Cucumber (or any Test Automation framework)
- Good knowledge on Collections , Generics , Authentication , Rest Api and API security, multi-threading
- Knowledge about Agile and Scrum


Minimum years of experience: 4+ yrs of relevant skill experience


Additional Detailed:

Experience in development of production grade application and services in Java/ Kotlin.
Hands on experience in Kotlin or Java 8(focus on lamda expression, streams, nullable and functional interfaces), Spring Boot , Microservices, Kafka, Cucumber (or any Test Automation framework)
Good knowledge on Collections , Generics , Authentication , Rest Api and API security, multi-threading

Knowledge and experience with DevOps, CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Maven, ServiceNow, GitHub, Release Management etc.
Write unit tests with Junit, Mockito etc

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or an early career engineer eager to gain hands-on experience in full-stack web development and automated testing. Responsibilities: As a Software Engineer at CORE POWER, you will: Develop and implement updates to the next iteration of the company website, focusing on UI/UX enhancements, translating design prototypes into code, performance optimisation and new features that align with business goals. Build full-stack solutions in Django and React. Maintain and enhance existing applications to ensure stability, security and optimal performance. Actively participate in meetings, discussions, and creative brainstorming sessions with the Marketing team and other stakeholders to contribute ideas and solutions. Collaborate with designers and other stakeholders to refine the user experience and maintain a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across the website and other assets. Ensure high software quality through automated testing using pytest and Playwright. Identify and implement opportunities for performance and scalability improvements, such as optimising database queries and refining frontend performance. Monitor system performance and stability using logging and monitoring tools. Participate in code reviews to maintain best practice coding standards. Preferred Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
