Responsibilities:

Lead the design and end-to-end implementation of Saviynt Identity Governance solutions, developing and implementing complex ABAC and RBAC workflows.
Manage user attributes and application roles, including adding, modifying, removing, and setting up notifications.
Deploy and configure standard Saviynt applications based on Azure/REST connectors GCP using standard GCP and REST connectors.
Integrate with third-party applications to import and export users and entitlements using various connectors, including REST API, Google Cloud Platform, and Azure AD.
Lead technical discussions, proof-of-concept activities, and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality implementation and alignment with client expectations.
Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges and roadblocks, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Research and implement innovative solutions to optimize existing implementations for efficiency.
Create standard and context-based reports within Saviynt.
Configure certification campaigns and email templates.
Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and debugging for complex issues.
Manage support tickets and forum posts with Saviynt, effectively communicating and collaborating with their team.
Take ownership and lead the technical delivery of Saviynt projects, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.
Develop custom code and scripts to extend Saviynt functionality and meet specific client requirements.
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including technical teams, business users, and vendors, to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all Saviynt implementations, including design documents, configuration guides, and operational runbooks.
Possess a strong understanding of out-of-the-box connectors, interfacing techniques, reporting capabilities, and multi-level access workflows.
Work closely with GCP engineers to ensure seamless integration between Saviynt and Google Cloud Platform environments.

Deliverables:

Successfully designed and implemented end-to-end Saviynt Identity Governance solutions, including complex ABAC & RBAC workflows.
Seamless integration of Saviynt applications with Azure/REST connectors, GCP, and other third-party applications for user and entitlement management.
Comprehensive documentation within Confluence for all developed solutions, ensuring reusability and knowledge transfer to operational teams.

Qualifications Required:

5-8 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing IAM solutions, with a strong focus on Saviynt.
Demonstrated technical fluency with the Saviynt toolset, including a deep understanding of its architecture, functionalities, and best practices.
Deep understanding of ABAC and RBAC principles and their practical application.
Proven experience with Saviynt connectors, including REST API, Google Cloud Platform, and Azure AD.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
