Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Network SME to design, implement, and optimize enterprise network solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Cisco, Aruba, and DDI solutions (Infoblox, EfficientIP), with a strong background in network security, automation, and troubleshooting complex network issues.
Key Responsibilities
Network Design & Implementation: Architect, configure, and maintain enterprise networks using Cisco and Aruba technologies.
DDI Management: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (Infoblox, EfficientIP) solutions.
Network Security: Implement and maintain network security best practices, firewalls, and access controls.
Troubleshooting & Performance Optimization: Diagnose and resolve network issues, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
Network Automation: Leverage automation tools for network configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain network diagrams, policies, and compliance documentation.
Collaboration & Support: Work closely with infrastructure, security, and DevOps teams to support business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering.
Strong expertise in Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless solutions.
Hands-on experience with Aruba Networks (Switching, WLAN, ClearPass, Airwave, etc.).
Deep knowledge of DDI (DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management) using Infoblox, EfficientIP, or similar.
Solid understanding of network protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, QoS, etc.).
Experience with network automation (Python, Ansible, Terraform, or Cisco DNA Center).
Strong troubleshooting skills with packet capture tools (Wireshark, TCPDump, etc.).
Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
Certifications such as CCNP, Aruba ACMP/ACSP, or Infoblox Certified DDI Professional are preferred.
