Our client is a leading financial services provider with a multinational presence, who is looking for a TM1 contractor to join their team for a 12 month FTC. The chosen developer will need to support the development and maintenance of the existing TM1 models, as well as use their expertise to devise novel solutions for new TM1 frameworks. They will also have to carry out in depth analysis across their FP&A team to ensure that incoming data is correct as well as create precise forecasts.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and develop the existing TM1 framework.
Provide support to end-users on system queries.
Design and creation of user-friendly interfaces.
Pull and clean data with refined SQL skills.
Maintenance of modern TM1 applications such as PAX and PAW.
Requirements:
5+ years of demonstrated expertise within TM1, with a track record of scripting detailed cubes, rules, feeders and dimensions.
Experience with Power BI or relevant data visualisation software to create end-user friendly dashboards.
Clear knowledge of the financial services industry.

Technical Leadership and Strategic functions • Work closely with the Infrastructure and Applications Manager on all technical queries for CGS Applications. • Foster excellence and technical capability and information dissemination within the appropriate technology group. • Train and mentor BAU IT staff to improve their technical capabilities. • Actively contribute to the Group’s IT strategy. • Through research, training, seminar attendance and other means maintain a future perspectiveon changes within the appropriate technology areas. Person Specification Demonstrable Experience • Technical understanding with technologies being used specifically Microsoft Dynamics, Dynamics Business Central. • Enthusiasm – A positive attitude is required. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to organise meetings and prepare clear documentation. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
