Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer with expertise in Microsoft 365 to join our team on an initial 3-month contract. This role is fully remote and falls outside IR35, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced contractor to contribute to key automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure AD.
Utilize Power Automate, PowerShell, and other automation tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
Optimize and manage M365 security, compliance, and governance through automation.
Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues within the M365 environment.
Maintain documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in automation within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for M365 administration and automation.
Experience with Power Automate, Logic Apps, and other workflow automation tools.
Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and automation integrations.
Strong understanding of M365 security, identity management, and governance.
Experience working in an agile environment with DevOps methodologies is desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
