UX/UI Designer
My client is a leading provider of innovative financial solutions, committed to empowering clients with secure and user-friendly digital platforms. They are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join their team and help shape the future of financial experiences for their users.
The Role
We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital interfaces for our financial products. You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centric designs that balance functionality, compliance, and aesthetics within the fast-paced financial sector.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs for web and mobile financial applications.
Conduct user research and usability testing to understand customer needs and refine designs accordingly.
Translate complex financial concepts into simple, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces.
Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines, accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), and regulatory requirements in the financial industry.
Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, providing assets and specifications as needed.
Stay updated on UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices, particularly within the financial services domain.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer (ideally 3+ years), with a portfolio showcasing work in the financial sector or similar regulated industries.
Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and experience conducting user research.
Familiarity with financial products, services, or terminology is a plus.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS (desirable but not essential) to collaborate effectively with developers.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale to stakeholders.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating polished, professional interfaces.
Qualifications
Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Certifications in UX/UI design or related disciplines are advantageous.
